How your information is handled
Short version: what you send me is used to answer you, and nothing else.
What is collected
When you use a form on this site, the information you type is sent to Alexa Keys by email and stored in the form submissions area of this site's hosting provider. That is your name, contact details and whatever you chose to tell me about your situation. Nothing else is collected about you by these forms.
What it is used for
Replying to you, and providing the real estate services you asked about. Your information is not sold, rented or traded. It is not added to a marketing list unless you specifically signed up for the monthly market note, which you can leave at any time by replying to it.
Who else sees it
Where a transaction requires it, information may be shared with the brokerage, Coldwell Banker Neumann Real Estate, Brokerage, and with the professionals involved in your file — a lawyer, a lender, an inspector — as needed to do the work. Real estate brokerages in Ontario are also required to retain certain records under the Trust in Real Estate Services Act and related legislation.
Analytics and cookies
This site does not set advertising cookies. If analytics are enabled, they are used to understand which pages are useful, in aggregate.
Your choices
You can ask what information is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted where there is no legal obligation to retain it. Email alexakeys@cbn.on.ca.
